INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International shipments range between $10USD and $25USD depending on your country. The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. International DHL 5 - 14 business days once dispatched.

Orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S.A may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. We are legally obligated to declare the items at their retail price. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from FM 669, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

CARBON OFFSET

We use an 'Offset' app that offsets the carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from the shipments that we deliver to you. This app uses industry models to determine the amount of CO2 that is released into the atmosphere for each shipment including the following variables to calculate our monthly CO₂ emissions: package weight, distance travelled and mode of transportation. This payment is made automatically by us monthly. This payment is then used to purchase carbon credits, which offsets our emissions through the deforestation protection project below.

Our carbon offset payments are currently funding the Jarí Para REDD+ Avoided Unplanned Deforestation project with Pachama (https://pachama.com/). This is a Verified Carbon Standard certified project that will be verified by Pachama using their monitoring technology. The funds go towards protecting the existing forest, improving the biomass through better forest management practices, and verifying the progress of the project. Read more here.

Carbon offsets are a current solution until we develop better technology to mitigate emissions. We believe carbon offsets are also not a replacement for taking actions to reduce our carbon footprint — but they are a solution to compensate for emissions we currently are unable to avoid.

Free exchanges are available on any domestic order, given that your preferred item and size is in stock. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving in new condition and with the original packaging. Please note that FM 669 is not responsible for return shipping costs.
